November News

Our kindergarten hallway is decked out with turkey disguises. Students completed these projects at home. Our whole school is enjoying their creativity!

I'm not a turkey, I'm a hero, Superman, rocket ship, bunny, and Ninja!

I'm not a turkey, I'm a sheep, princess, electrician and fancy bird!

I'm not a turkey, I'm Santa Claus!

We learn lots of poems in kindergarten. Here is one you will enjoy:

The turkey is a funny bird, his head goes bobble, bobble!

All he says is just one word: Gobble! Gobble! Gobble!

Students learn to draw turkeys too!

Puzzle Teamwork!

Students are painting food from a harvest as we learn about the first Thanksgiving.

In math we are practicing with patterns. We had a popcorn taste test, graphed our results, and then made tasty patterns!

He's quite the builder!

After reading many nonfiction books about spiders, we made spider cookies. MMMMMM!
